Franklin Bear - Anything Goes Challenge

Happy Monday my Crafty Friends!  I want to start this post by WELCOMING the 5 New Design Team Members at Totally Stampalicious!  We are so excited to have such talented designers on our team!

Today I'm sharing my card for this week's Anything Goes Challenge at Totally Stampalicious.  I used the newly released Franklin Bear Stamp set for the image and sentiment.  Something about Franklin Bear makes me want to use Blue and Brown.  I colored the image with my prismacolor pencils and mineral spirits using my blending stumps.  I also sponged chalk around the image to soften the picture.  I added a touch of pink with the flower.  Franklin's tie is paper pieced to match the marina mist background and scalloped edge.  The layout for this card is from the Freshly Made Sketches Sketch #1.

Thanks for stopping by and checking out my card today!  I hope you get a chance to play along with us this week!  We love to come by and see all your awesome creations!
