It's been a long time since I've posted anything. I've still been making cards. Finding time to get them on my blog has been a challenge. I made some cards last night and want to share them. These are special to me because I made them as a tribute to one of the most amazing musicians of all time....Prince. His passing last week has brought back so many memories of the great times I spent with my friends listening to his music.
I drew inspiration on the layout for the first card from this week's CAS(E) This Sketch challenge. The placement of the sentiment is a little lower than on the sketch but the sketch inspired me so I'm including this card in that challenge.

The second card was inspired by this week's sketch at The Paper Players. Again I ended up going a bit off the sketch but I think you can see on both of these cards where I drew the inspiration.
