Wishing for a Bubble Bath

This week's Totally Stampalicious Challenge is a color challenge - Pink & RedI used this week's Card Patterns Sketch 99 for the layout.  This was actually a really quick card to put together.  The image is Scarlette Bubble Bath.

This card was inspired by my sweet daughter Emily.  She will be taking bubble baths for the next 3 weeks because she fractured her left wrist (she fell at the Bounce House).  Her cast is hot pink so it really fits with this week's color challenge.  When she found out that she would have to take baths instead of showers she was not at all happy.  Once she got in the tub full of bubbles she decided maybe this bath thing wasn't so bad.  We're going to be doing some extra pampering at our house over the next couple of weeks!

Supplies
Stamps:  Scarlette Bubble Bath (Bugaboo & Totally Stampalicious) , Big Bold Birthday (SU)
Paper:  Pretty in Pink, Real Red, Pretty in Pink DP
Ink:  Pretty in Pink, Crumb Cake, Blush Blossom, Real Red, Black Staz-On
Accessories:  Pearls, Word Window Punch, Eyelet Border Punch, Large Circle Punch, Large Scallop Circle Punch, SU Pretty in Pink Ribbon, Gel Pen, Stickles

Oh no, your poor daughter! A wrist fracture is not a fun thing. I broke my right wrist, left foot, and right leg once and the wrist was the worst by far. Of course, I was wearing an external fixator instead of a cast. Maybe that hot pink cast will make things better for her.

Your card is so pretty and I really like the sketch. I enlarged it and saw all the wonderful sparkle.

Pampering is just what the doctor ordered for your daughter.

What a pretty card! I love the combo of these colors and the fun image that you used!
Sorry to hear about your daughter's wrist.

PS you live really close to me, it's nice to see someone from Michigan that enjoys card making and blogging.
