Totally Stampalicious Masculine Challenge

Supplies
Stamps:  Hawt Dawg, Sporting
Paper:  Whisper White, Real Red, Kraft, Basic Black
Ink:  Close to Cocoa, Chocolate Chip, Red fine point Sharpie
Accessories:  Small Star Punch, Large Scallop Circle Punch, Large Circle Punch, Wide Oval Punch

I have some exciting news.....I have been invited to be the March Guest Designer for Totally Stampalicious!   I'm thrilled that they asked me to join them and I'm already looking forward to working with their very talented Design Team.

Today's card is for this week's Totally Stampalicious Challenge - to make any kind of Masculine card.  You can find the challenge HERE.  I made this card using the Hawt Dawg Digital Stamp set from Totally Stampalicious and the Stampin Up Sporting digital stamp set from My Digital Studio.  The #1 on Hawt Dawg's jersey was added in MDS.  The sentiment is also from the Sporting SU digital set!

This card is for my Godson's 11th birthday.  I let him pick out his favorite character from the Totally Stampalicious digital sets and he picked this one!  I love that I can just pick out the stamp set, download it and use it right away!

Thanks for stopping by and checking out my card today!

Top Note Holiday Treat Boxes

Happy day after Thanksgiving my Blog friends!  Today I'm excited to share a cute holiday treat box project with you.

I saw this adorable treat box on Splitcoast Stampers and just had to make one of my own.  The only problem was that I neither have the Big Shot Pro nor the dress die for the treat container.  So I decided to find a way to make this container using supplies that I already had.  I found a tutorial for the gift box on SCS and modified it a bit to make the body (details included below).  Then I just pieced together the rest of the reindeer using the Top Note Die, tape and some punches.

I thought this little guy needed a friend so I made a penguin to go along with him!  Here is the penguin....

I'm also including this project in this week's Gearing Up for Christmas Challenge at Bugaboo Stamps.  Thanks for looking at my project and have a Wonderful Day!

How to make the TREAT BOX:

Supplies:  1 Sheet Close to Cocoa Paper, Paper Cutter, Bone Folder, Scissors, Sticky Tape

1.  Cut your paper to 6 x 11
2.  Score your paper landscape at 2", 5", 7", 10"
3.  Score your paper Horizontally at 1 1/2"
4.  Cut the small tabs to the horizontal score line
5.  Fold all the score lines
6.  Tape & Assemble
7.  Pinch the top corners of the box together to create a fold

Supplies List:
2 Large Ovals Close to Cocoa, 2 1/4" Circles White, 3 1" Round Circles - 2 Black & 1 Red, 1 Round Tab Extra Large - Basic Black, 2 Word Window Punches - Chocolate Chip, 1 Top Note Die Close to Cocoa.
