Congratulations Class of 2014

I MADE A CARD!!!!!  

It's a really clean and SIMPLE Graduation card.  The cool thing about this card is that by using the swiss dots embossed background I was able to easily cut the diagonal along the dots.  Sometimes it can be hard to get the cut just right.

I used the Simon Says Stamp Simple Numbers Craft Die for the 2014.  I recently picked up a few dies from SSS.  Luckily I used them just in time to play along with the Wednesday Die Crazy Challenge.  

The Congratulations was printed from Word (big surprise I know).

We Make the Perfect Pear

Hi! I'm sharing a card that I made for the Dynamic Duos Challenge #89.


This is the second card I made using the Color In Valentines  Element Pack by Kate Hadfield at The Lilypad.  (The first card is below this post).  The color combo this week at Dynamic Duos is Pistachio Pudding and Blushing Bride.

About the card:

The image was colored digitally using the Stampin Up color codes for Pistachio Pudding and Blushing Bride and printed on PTI white paper.  I had some Pistachio Pudding paper with embossed hearts left over from my other card so I trimmed a strip and used it on the image panel,  I used the scallop edge punch at the bottom and added Dazzling Diamonds to dress it up a bit.

You Are So Sweet

Today I have a Valentines card to share with you.  Although now that I think about it this would make a nice thank you card too.
 
I've been spending what little crafting time I have working on digital projects.  The digital file I used for this card came from a super cute Element Pack called Color In Valentines by Kate Hadfield at The Lilypad.  I picked the color combo from this week's Dynamic Duos colors Pistachio Pudding and Blushing Bride.

About the card:

The cupcake was printed twice so I could cut one cupcake out and use dimensionals to pop it up.  The image was colored digitally using the Stampin Up color codes for Pistachio Pudding and Blushing Bride.  I corner rounded the top and bottom edges and used Dazzling Diamonds to add some sparkle.
